Clark Baim has 20 years experience as a group leader and trainer. He is a psychotherapist and Senior Trainer with the British Psychodrama Association and is the Co-Director of the Birmingham Institute for Psychodrama. In 1987 he established and served as the first Director of Geese Theatre UK, using applied drama in criminal justice settings. In the 1990s, Clark worked as a group psychotherapist for five years at HM Prison Grendon in the UK and since 2000 he has been the Co-Lead National Trainer for Sexual Offending Treatment Programmes run by the Probation Service in England and Wales. He is the co-editor of several books and author of numerous chapters and articles on various aspects of psychotherapy, attachment theory, offender treatment, and supervision and groupwork methods.

Clark has studied extensively in the Dynamic-Maturational Model (DMM) of Attachment with Dr. Patricia Crittenden, and co-developed the five stage therapeutic interviewing model based on the DMM with Tony Morrison. He is the co-author, with Tony Morrison, of Attachment-based Practice with Adults: Understanding strategies and promoting positive change published 2011 by Pavilion, UK.
